What we do
Stretch ceilings in Batumi
Matte, satin, gloss and fabric films, installed in a single day.

What we do
Ceilings and walls from one film
One crew, one material, one day. We work in apartments, hotels and commercial spaces across Batumi and the coast.

Stretch ceilings
Matte, satin and gloss films. Gloss adds height to a room; matte reads like flat plaster.
- Matte and satin
- Gloss with reflection
- Multi-level
- Seamless fabric
from 35 ₾/m²

Stretch walls
A flat surface over a crooked wall, with no plastering and no dust. Takes photo printing and edge lighting.
- No plaster, no dust
- Photo printing up to 3.2 m
- Contour lighting
- Removable film
from 55 ₾/m²

Light in the film
Light lines, floating profile and spotlights go in during the install — the film is never reopened later.

- Floating profile
- Spotlights
- Hidden curtain track
from 60 ₾/lm
Systems and light
How the ceiling holds and how it lights
The difference shows at the edge of the film and in the light. The surveyor brings profile samples along — you will not be choosing blind.

Shadow gap profile
The film runs into a 6 mm gap with no masking insert. The edge reads as a shadow line and the room feels taller.
from 55 ₾/lm

Floating profile
The same gap, with an LED strip around the perimeter: the ceiling appears to hover.
from 60 ₾/lm

Light lines
Glowing strips inside the film. They zone a kitchen-living room without a pendant or cables down the wall.
from 130 ₾/lm

Backlit ceiling
The whole film is lit — even daylight where there is no window: bathroom, dressing room, hallway.
from 180 ₾/m²

48 V magnetic track
Fittings slide along the rail, so the lighting plan can change after the renovation without opening the film.
from 90 ₾/lm

Starry sky and printing
Fibre optics or print on the film — a child’s room, a bedroom, the headboard wall in an apartment.
from 150 ₾/m²
Why film
Batumi means damp air, upstairs neighbours and new buildings
Three local problems that make a Batumi ceiling stretched more often than painted.

It holds water
The film takes up to 100 litres per square metre. We drain it through a spotlight and put it back — the renovation is not redone.

Humidity is not a problem
PVC does not absorb sea air: no mould, no stains, no paint flaking off after two seasons.

It survives settling
A new building moves for its first years. The film is stretched on a profile, not glued to the slab, so cracks do not travel through it.
Where we install
Flats, wet rooms and rental property
Half the orders in Batumi are new builds and apartments let out to guests. Each case gets its own profile and its own film.

Flat in a new building
The building settles for its first years. Film stretched on a profile takes that movement without cracks along the wall.

Bathroom and kitchen
PVC does not absorb steam or yellow from cooking, and wipes clean with mild detergent. Plasterboard has a shorter life in these rooms.

Balcony and loggia
A glazed balcony takes standard film. An open or unheated one takes fabric only — PVC dislikes sub-zero temperatures.

Short-let apartments
Installed between guests: a room in 3 hours, no dust, and no smell left by the next day.

Hotels and hostels
We work at night and floor by floor so check-ins never stop. The room is handed back clean.

Offices and salons
Light lines and track instead of pendants: light by zone, with services still reachable above.
Comparison
Stretch, plasterboard or paint
An honest look at all three: each has its place. If your slab is flat and the building is dry, paint it — that is cheaper.

Price your ceiling in a minute
An estimate by area and film type. The surveyor gives the exact price on site — and it does not grow after the measurement.
Installation
How installation day goes
Four steps on site. The crew arrives with its own tools, film cut to your measurements and sheeting for the furniture.
- 1
Preparing the room
30 minutesWe move the furniture to the centre and cover it, take down the old fittings and clear the wall perimeter.
Nothing has to leave the room
- 2
Mounting the profile
1 hourWe set the level with a laser around the whole perimeter and fix the track. It decides whether the edge runs straight and where the light line sits.
The level is set across the room, not off one wall
- 3
Stretching the film
1–2 hoursWe heat the room, then feed the harpoon into the track corner by corner. As it cools, the film settles without a crease.
Corners and seams are checked with you
- 4
Lighting and clean-up
40 minutesWe cut in the fittings and light lines through thermal rings, switch them on and check the heat. Then we wash the floor and take the waste away.
The room is handed back clean, with the lights working
A room up to 20 m² takes 3–5 hours. You can sleep there the same night: the smell from the heating clears within a couple of hours with the windows open.
Guarantees
What we stand behind

Fixed-price contract
The quoted figure goes into the contract. There are no “we found complications” extras — the risks are priced before the install.
Payment after installation
You accept the work, check the edge and the lighting, and only then pay. A deposit applies only to printing and non-standard sizes.
12-year and 2-year warranty
12 years on film and seams, 2 years on installation and lighting. The terms sit in the contract, not in an advert.
Certified film
We work with films that carry European fire-safety and environmental certificates. Copies come with the contract.
Flooding covered in warranty
Neighbours flood you within the warranty — we come, drain the water and refit the film with no call-out charge.
We invoice businesses
Hotels and developers get an invoice, closing documents and bank transfer.
Adjara
We work along the coast
Measurement visits are free across Adjara. The crew arrives with its own tools and film cut to your measurements.

Kobuleti
A resort town with seasonal lets: we fit the work into the off-season or between guests.
More
Gonio
Houses and apartments by the sea, where salt air and damp eat paint within a couple of seasons.
More
Makhinjauri
New builds on the hillside: the buildings settle for their first years and painted ceilings crack across the slab.
MoreQuestions
The short answers
How long does the install take?
A room up to 20 m² takes 3–4 hours including clean-up. A whole flat is one day, provided the film is already ordered to the measurements.
Do I need to move the furniture out?
No. We move it to the centre and cover it ourselves. Only the wall perimeter needs to be clear.
Is there a smell afterwards?
The faint smell from heating clears within a few hours with the windows open. You can sleep in the room the same day.
What happens after a flood?
The film holds the water. We come, drain it through a spotlight and refit it. In most cases it does not need replacing.
What is the warranty?
12 years on the film and seams, 2 years on the install and lighting. The warranty is written into the contract.
Do you work outside Batumi?
Yes: Makhinjauri, Gonio, Kobuleti, Chakvi, Kvariati. Measurement visits across Adjara are free.
Is PVC film harmful?
Certified film is not. There is a smell on installation day only, from the heating, and it clears within hours with the windows open. The same films go into nurseries and clinics; copies of the certificates come with the contract.
Will the film sag over time?
Correctly tensioned film does not — it holds for years. Sagging almost always means water from above or an installation error, and inside the warranty we fix it free.
Which light fittings can I use?
LED, up to 40 W per point, with a thermal ring. Halogen and incandescent lamps are out — they melt the film. We fit the lighting during the install so the ceiling is never opened later.
What if the film gets cut?
A small cut near the edge is taken into a seam or patched under a fitting. Harpoon-mounted film can be taken down and refitted — the room is not redone.
How do I clean it?
A soft sponge and water with a neutral detergent. No abrasives, brushes or alcohol. Wipe gloss dry with microfibre afterwards so no streaks remain.
How long does a stretch ceiling last?
15–20 years and more. It is never repainted or whitewashed — care means a wipe-down once a season.
What is the largest seamless size?
PVC goes up to 3.2 m wide; beyond that it is welded, and the seam is straight and invisible from a distance. Fabric film runs to 5 m with no seams at all.
